Lyles Construction is a residential company serving homeowners in and around the Birmingham area. We focus on new construction, whole kitchens, whole bathrooms, and whole-home renovations — projects where careful planning and quality workmanship make a lasting difference.
We started this company with a simple goal: build projects the right way, communicate clearly, and treat people’s homes with respect.
Many homeowners have had past experiences with contractors who were hard to reach, unclear on pricing, or constantly changing schedules. We work hard to be the opposite of that.

2. Walkthrough & Budget Conversation
We meet at your home to look at the space and talk through ideas, priorities, and investment range.
Our projects begin at $50,000 so we can plan properly and deliver lasting results.
3. Planning & Estimate
You will receive a detailed estimate outlining the work involved.
We review it together so everything is clear before moving forward.
4. Scheduling & Preparation
Once approved, we place your project on the calendar and coordinate materials and trades ahead of time to minimize delays.
5. Construction Phase
During construction we provide regular updates and keep the jobsite organized and respectful of your home.
6. Final Walkthrough
We review the completed project together, address final details, and make sure everything meets expectations.
